Co-Founder of Beer Geeks Generation. Wilson started his craft beer journey from home brewing. He believes, in order to understand a beer style, the best way is to brew it. Holding respect and admiration towards the innovation in the craft beer industry, his favourite beer styles remain to be the traditional English porter and ESB. He earned the BJCP Recognized Judge early this year and is now keen on beer judging in competitions. Wilson is also a wine lover and is the Executive Committee of Society of Wine Educators - Hong Kong Chapter.

 

Beer Geeks Generation共同創辦人。因為啤酒可以自釀而開始接觸精釀啤酒。認為要了解一隻啤酒風格,最好的方法就是釀釀來試試。雖然欣賞精釀啤酒的大膽創新,但始終最喜愛的,還是傳統的英式波特(Porter) 和强苦啤酒 (ESB)。今年初獲得啤酒評審認證協會的合格評審資格 (BJCP Recognized Judge),現在熱衷於比賽評審的工作。Wilson 本身也是葡萄酒愛好者,現為國際葡萄酒教育家協會的執行委員。
