Co-Founder of Beer Geeks Generation. Originally from Singapore, Edwin is the current lead brewer of Hong Kong’s Young Master Ales. One of the few in Asia who holds the prestigious Diploma in Brewing from Siebel Institute of Technology, Edwin is also an active member of the Hong Kong BJCP community and a mentor to aspiring and new beer judges. His experience runs the gamut from homebrewing, brewery consultations, international beer judging, beer blogging and conducting educational workshops. 

 

Beer Geeks Generation 共同創辦人。Edwin來自新加坡, 現為香港少爺啤酒廠的主要釀酒師。他是亞洲區少數擁有Brewing from Siebel Institute of Technology文憑的其中一位。他是HK BJCP 的活躍會員並擔位新進啤酒評審的導師。Edwin 平時也會自釀啤酒。他是酒廠顧問、 BJCP 啤酒評審、博客作家和不時舉辦啤酒教育研討會。
